Pay for what Thor gets done, not who's logged in.

Every plan includes unlimited people, meetings, and connected tools. You only pay when Thor produces a tangible outcome – a created ticket, updated doc, or answered question.

What actually gets billed

A lot of what Thor does never counts toward your total. Here's the breakdown, using real examples.

Counts as an action

Requested output

  • Ticket Preparation1 action

Enriching a development ticket with technical context and requirements.

  • Agent Handoff1 action

Preparing and handing off a task to a coding agent.

  • A reminder you asked for1 action

Delivered because you, or a rule you set, asked for it.

  • An answered question1 action

A checked answer your team actually used to move work forward.

Doesn't count, ever

Background work

  • Reading your meetings and SlackIncluded

Staying current on what's happening is Thor's job in the background, not a chargeable event.

  • A meeting summaryIncluded

Action items pulled out of a call, before anything's turned into a ticket.

  • A proactive nudge on a stalled threadIncluded

Thor noticing something's waiting on you, unprompted.

  • Standup GenerationIncluded

A complete daily or weekly status summary.

  • Keeping your record up to dateIncluded

Background upkeep so the next answer is right, not a billable step.

Thor charges for finished outputs, not the context it reads or maintains

FAQs

Do I need a credit card?
No. Not for Free, and not to start a trial on Team. No card at signup, period. If you ever decide to move to a paid plan for good, that's a separate step you take on purpose.
Do you sell prepaid credits?
No. Some tools in this space make you buy a block of credits before you know what you'll actually use. Thor doesn't. Extra actions are a plain dollar amount, not a credit balance to guess at.
What counts as an action?
Something Thor did that you can point to: a ticket, a doc update, a reminder someone asked for, an answer used to move work forward. If it's a discrete thing you can see in Linear, GitHub, Notion, or Slack, it probably counts. If it's Thor quietly reading a meeting transcript to stay current, it doesn't.
Why not charge per seat, or cap how many meetings or tools I connect?
None of that tracks value here. A 10-person team running Thor hard can create more real work than a 40-person team that barely opens Slack. Connect everything. You're only charged for what Thor actually does, not for us listening.
Can I try Team or Enterprise before deciding?
Yes. Start a trial on Team anytime, no credit card needed. Enterprise trial terms get set with your rep, since that tier's usually shaped around your setup.
Do you support SSO, SCIM, or a security review?
That's an Enterprise conversation. Talk to us and we'll walk through what your security team needs, whenever Enterprise is ready.
